Well, as of this morning Sunday, September 25th, 2011... I am OFFICIALLY out of the OBESE category in the BMI determination. And, I'm now just considered OVERWEIGHT!
I also said good bye to the 180's..... just BARELY. But, enough to wave a little! :)
THAT TOTALLY ROCKS!! I am about 10lbs away from that goal myself and at the rate I'm losing I'll be happy to get there by Christmas, lol!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the 170's and also for being in the over weight category! Isn't that an amazing feeling? I recently got into the over weight category and it feels incredible!
