After talking to the insurance company I learned I was denied because I didn't have enough information for the six month diet program I was on! And, I didn't have proof it was supervised by a doctor!
However! I still had my journal from Transitions so I fixed things up a bit! And, faxed it over :)
Man, I hope this works! I want an approval !
