Alright, I just found out that my psych evaluation report was faxed to my surgeon's office.
Now, I have to finish up my last nutritionist appointment on Wednesday...
and ALL my paper work will be submitted :)
After this appointment my next thing to do is my
Track THREE class that will be on November 16th
